Printed Textbooks
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a Cicero Books printed textbook, you may return it for full credit within 30 days of your purchase, and get a full refund as long as your book is still in its original, new condition. Make sure you include a copy of your invoice with the return, so that we can credit your account correctly.

Cicero Books reserves the right to refuse a return if the textbook is returned more than 30 days after the original purchase, or if it is no longer in new condition, or if it was sold as non-refundable.
Electronic Textbooks
Unfortunately, there is no possible return on electronic copies of textbooks.
